Only one game in Nationwide North on Saturday due to the FA Cup and it saw Kettering Town move into second spot in the table after beating troubled Barrow at Rockingham Road.
A crowd of 851 saw the Poppies get off to a great start when Ollie Burgess gave them the lead as early as the 3rd minute.
However, the visitors caused a few problems after that, with Martin Matthews being forced to clear off the line.
But the second half saw the home side finally secure victory when September’s player of the month Darren Lynch (pictured) netted the second with 6 minutes to go with a firm header
